This document tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions (“Terms”) on which we, KEO Films Limited (t/a Killer Bar) (“Killer Bar/we/us/our”) sells products listed on our website to you.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality on or through this website, including, but not limited to, name, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product design, and software, are the exclusive property of Killer Bar and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property rights laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights, title, or interest in or to any intellectual property right owned by Killer Bar, except as expressly set out herein. You can use our content for personal, non-commercial use only. You are not allowed to copy, share, change, or sell any of our content without our permission.
Liability
We take care to ensure that all product information, including ingredients lists and allergen warnings, is accurate and up to date. However, it is your responsibility to read all labels and packaging before consuming the Killer Bar (which we do not recommend that you do). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your failure to read and follow the information provided on our labels, packaging and this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for faulty products under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days.
Cancellation
Email hello@killerbar.co.uk giving us your name, address and order reference.
If the products have been delivered to you then you must return the products to us within 14 days after the day of notifying us of the cancellation, in the same condition in which you receive them (which does not interfere with your right to take any reasonable steps to examine the products and make sure they conform to your order).
Limitations
We will ask for your delivery to be made “before the close of work” which usually means 5:30pm on the nominated day. We are unable to specify or guarantee a delivery time. We will not be able to offer delivery on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday/Public Holiday.
Damaged Product
If any product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, we may offer replacement or a full refund. If you are not happy with any of our products, please e-mail hello@killerbar.co.uk for assistance.
We need to be informed within three working days after the nominated delivery day of any complaint, damage or mispacked item. We will endeavor to rectify the problem as efficiently as we can.
Lose The Right To Cancel
Note that you will lose your right to cancel in relation to any products once you open them (or otherwise break the seal on the packaging). If you received a packet contacting more than one product item, you may still cancel in relation to any unopened products, provided that you will receive only a pro-rata refund of the charge calculated by reference to the number of products from the packet remaining in a sealed and re-saleable condition.
Returns
To return the products, you should package the parcel securely (making sure you include a note of your name and address) and then return it to us, either by courier or by recorded delivery mail or other form of certified mail or if the products are too bulky to return by mail then by a suitable carrier, to the following address:

We advise that you take out enough postal/carriage insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please save your proof of posting/despatch and tracking information until your refund has been processed. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us.
When Will I Receive My Refund
If you cancel a purchase within the initial 14-day cooling-off period as set out above, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days after the day on which we receive the products back or, if earlier, the day on which we receive evidence that you have returned the products to our returns address (see above).
We will refund the price of the products in full (subject to any deduction we are entitled to make due to your use of or damage to the products), including the cost of standard delivery to you. However, we will not refund your cost of returning the products to us. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
